Whaley Farms is a planned community of 26 single-detached homesites on County Road 20, south of Kemptville, from Lockwood Brothers Construction.

Country lots of over an acre, a new street and a park block, with private well and septic services. The builder has not released homes or pricing yet. Register and we'll send floor plans, lot availability and pricing as soon as they are available.

The community

Well & septic

Each home will have its own drilled well and septic system rather than town water and sewer. That means more land and privacy, and a different ownership routine. We can walk you through what to expect.

Room to grow

A limited number of lots are zoned to allow an additional dwelling unit, such as a secondary suite. Not every lot is, so lot choice matters if that flexibility is important to you. Ask which lots

Building on the lot

Parts of the site have shallow bedrock, which can affect basement and geothermal plans. Ask us about a specific lot before you decide.

Whaley Farms is being brought forward by Lockwood Brothers Construction, a family-run builder based in the area since 1995.
